Oceanfront cottages in Nova Scotia
Rosewood on the Cove offers both oceanfront cottages and oceanview cottages for their guests enjoyment. Choose from any of our six available rental cottages for a peaceful vacation experience. Centrally located just 30 minutes from Halifax, you can set out on many day adventures along the south shore and valley regions of Nova Scotia from our location.
Our oceanfront cottages offer spectacular views and direct access to the water. Our oceanview cottages also have nice views and offer rprivate porches.

Rates
Daily Rates – $295 – $395 + tax per night
Discounted rates for 3, 5 and 7 night bookings
Shoulder Season: $750 – $975 (discount with 3 day booking )
Off Season: $650 - $855 (discount with 3 day booking)

Terms & Conditions
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we request your co-operation in observing the following:
Number of Guests – there is a limit of 6 guests per cottage
Use of pool – The pool is reserved for use by registered guests only.
Parking – there is only one designated parking space per cottage.
Departure – Check out time is 10:00 AM. Please let us know if you wish to retain your cottage beyond this time. Extensions may be given depending on the availability. Guests are required to leave their cottages in a reasonably clean state upon departure, with all dishes being washed and put away.
Damage\Loss of Property – The guest will be held responsible for any lost or missing items from the cottage or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
Code of Conduct – Quiet time is at 11:00 PM. All guests will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance while on the property.
Garbage – guests are responsible for tying off their garbage bags and discarding them in the bin located at the top of the driveway. All cottages have a key to the garbage bin.
Misplaced Items – all cottages and their contents are independently owned. For that reason, items are to remain in their respective cottages. Guests will be held responsible for replacing missing items.
Supplies – there is a supply of toilet tissue and other sundry items in each cottage and guests are responsible for replenishing those items once they run out.
With any infringement of the above, guests may be asked to leave their cottage and may be charged for damages and/or missing items. The amount of the fee will be calculated and charged to the guest’s credit card upon their departure.

Cancellation Policy – All bookings require a 25% deposit, which is non-refundable if booking is cancelled. Should cancellation be received from January – August on a high season booking we will endeavor to re-book your stay, however, if we are unable to do so you will be responsible for your booking. During shoulder and off-season , cancellation is required 2 weeks prior to your stay. Should cancellation be received within 2 weeks of your stay, we will endeavor to re-book you stay, however, if we are unable to do so you will be responsible for your booking.
