There are so many things to do on Nova Scotia's South Shore!
- Beaches & Ocean walks - Hubbards beach is minutes away and features a lovely, white sand beach.
There are several other beaches in the area where you can swim, walk and
relax.
- Cycling - Quiet coastal roads and the "Rails to Trails" Cycling Path
extends for miles through the country. Bikes can be rented nearby.
- Golfing - Beautiful seaside golf courses at Chester and Lunenburg.
- Hiking - Excellent hiking by the coast or inland.
- Kayaking - Nova Scotia is renowned for kayaking with sheltered bays and wildlife.
- Sailing - Make the beautiful Peers' Fancy your own private yacht... and cruise
the waters of St. Margaret's Bay surrounded by the comforts of a fully

for various things, such as festivals, where to eat, etc. Here are some Tips for doing these searches:
1. Under "Select A Travelway": Rosewood Cottages is located along the "Lighthouse Route". so always search under "Lighthouse Route".
2. Under "Community or Areas": For areas close to Rosewood Cottages, select Hubbards, Lunenburg,
or Mahone Bay.
